Wanderlust Tales : Kangaroo #atozchallenge

The first time I saw a Kangaroo was at Batemans Bay Birdland Park. But to meet them in their natural habitat is not just exciting, it's beautiful.

One day we drove for 4 hours, south of Sydney, just to meet these furry creatures, happily living near the beach.

This family of three was seen at a Golf Course near Nelson Bay. We were staying in one of the Villas nearby and each morning I would watch these beautiful animals, grazing and leisurely hopping around.

  1. Kind of like deer in the US, who will graze just about anywhere there's grass. The deer aren't tame enough to hand-feed, though.

  5. I've never seen a kangaroo. Except for those sketches of them in story books.
And now I got to see pics of them for the first time. I do hope to see them running with their kids in the kangaroo pouch. It's supposed to be very interesting to watch, isn't it?
