Wanderlust Postcards – Beaches

Destination: Sydney

There’s no denying that Sydney has one of the most beautiful coastal areas in the world, gorgeous clear blue water and lively beaches, it truly is a surfer’s paradise.

Sharing with you some of Beach Postcards.

You can see this clear blue sky all along summer. Clicked during a coastal walk from Bondi Beach to Coogee. The water looked absolutely inviting.
Bare Island, La Perouse – where Mission Impossible II was filmed

Shelly Beach, just a few minutes of walk away from Manly Beach. This west facing beach is popular among Scuba divers and Snorkel lovers.

I find Palm Beach so unpredictable. Sometimes it’s sunny, sometimes stormy and rainy, and sometimes all three on the same afternoon. This was one such day. The clouds were slowly parting, yet I could see cloud bursts far over the ocean.

Hidden from the hub hub of the city, is this beautiful and peaceful Wattamola beach in Royal National Park.

  1. I have only been to a few beaches in Sydney, but they were lovely. I would love to spend more time in your city, someday.

  2. They look like picturesque postcards: so lovely! And are they really all that beautiful brilliant blue?! 😉 <3

  3. Oh, how I'd love to visit Australia! What gorgeous beaches and you captured them so well! I like the shot of the shoes 🙂

  4. There's a reason I chose to live in Sydney— the beaches! I'm such a beach bum, I couldn't live elsewhere

  5. Oh wow. This makes me long for the beaches. Our beaches aren't quite that blue in the U.S., though.

  6. I missed going to the beaches when I visited Sydney and I now feel I sure missed out on a lot 🙁
I loved the last pic the most…the one with footwear in it.
