Last Christmas I visited Macau for the first time and was instantly dazed by it's sky high buildings, glamour and glitz of the night life.

That's my husband, holding a map, trying to figure out which bus to board. |
Infact, I felt like walking inside a video game. The stunning gizmo lights of Macau had left me speechless... with a gaping mouth my eyes traversed the legth and breath of these gorgeous architecture, bathing in colorful lights. The first thing I wanted to do when I stepped on Macau soil was to play in Casino ... all of them. But well, if only I had that kind of money :P But I did manage to play in three and visit a couple more.
Call it Beginners Luck, but I won 400 Hong Kong Dollars as soon as I played my first bet. It's another thing that I lost all of it in my consecutive bets.

Great idea to post a list at the bottom of each post. I might steal that idea! Those pictures are gorgeous. Wow, what a cool display!

The pictures are dazzling. I'very never won anything at gambling :-(. Such a pity, that.
ReplyDeleteSuch amazing buildings and wonderful night lights add to the charm. Winning at a casino, so cool!
ReplyDeleteWow! Fab pics Raj! Haven't been there ever, though hubby says it is an experience worth trying! Cheers :)

ReplyDeleteI feel for you :) I had gambled a little in Genting, Malaysia, but it was just for the experience, lost the meager amount happily. Love the lights, great architecture too.

ReplyDeleteStunning pics and seeing your husband's clueless expression made me giggle! :P
ReplyDeleteSad that you lost the money. Aww..!
Quite some casino that! Lucky you :)
ReplyDeleteOMG Rajlakshmi - this is the very same place where I won a lot in slots at one go and then lost all of it in the successive attempts!! I should have left after the first win!! My luck in casinos is extremely bad :(
ReplyDeleteNice pics. Looks like you had a good time. The trick to remain a winner is to quit while you are ahead :) Thanks for the visit to my blog.

Looks gorgeous! I visited Las Vegas a few times on business and always tried my luck on the slots... I won back enough of my original money to buy lunch! I've learned to place a limit on the amount I'm willing to spend... And when it's gone, it's gone! No dipping into the wallet for more! That way I have some fun and no lasting regrets! Lol!
